Does Windows 8 support Windows phone applications

Says CEO Jen-Hsun Huang of NVIDIA's during an interview conducted by Cnet that the architectural ARM have the advantage of Intel processors and the reason that the applications that are targeted at portable devices are built and developed based on the strength of ARM processors and is also believed that the applications related to the system Windows Phone 7 running on Windows system 8 by virtue of this system now supports PCs and tablet PCs.

The idea, of course it may be a crazy error issued by the Executive Director, but this is unlikely, given that Windows phone applications have been developed using the Silverlight platform which supports more than one platform is not limited only to mobile phones
