Update Hider for iOS 5 is a new tweak available in Cydia that will allow us to hide applications that do not want to update in the AppStore, we just go to Settings / Update Hider and hide.

this tweak lets you hide updates in the AppStore, Configure which updates to hide in Settings and you will no longer see them in the AppStore.
