A lot of developers want to make tweaks to them in Cydia and these tweaks are different, offering something new, so there must be a work environment, such as Xcode allows the establishment of tweaks and apply ideas or even edited it to become the best, and that there will be a project called iOSOpenDev for Mac will allow all of this.
According to ModMyi there's will be a new project called iOSOpenDev allows to the developers develop Cydia tweaks including Activator listeners, command line tools, dynamic libraries, Notification Center widgets, SBSettings toggles, and Mobile Substrate tweaks using Xcode or SDK from Apple, then they can publish it to Cydia easily. take a look of this video which shows the creation of a quick SBSettings toggle all using Xcode :
This project created by the developer Spencer James, he says that iOSOpenDev will be released very soon, i think that this news would be great if anyone who has little experience in the developing and environment dealing with Xcode on Mac or SDK, just because it is based on integration with Xcode and SDK from Apple, so if you are interested in it you will need to wait for the launch of this project sooner or later.
Tell us what do you think about iOSOpenDev, are you waiting it ?
